Exercising in Africa is often understated as the continent does not consciously put effort towards exercising than other regions but this could be resolved by regular physical exercising.
Performing physical activity regularly can provide great benefits, both for our body, for our mind and also has an important influence on our mood, because through exercise we generate endorphins, whose high levels in the blood provide a sense of well-being.

How much exercise should we do?

In general, it is highly recommended to do at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day, this will depend of course on the physical condition of each one, the age and the goals that we consider when exercising.
It is important not to overdo it and if you are a sedentary person, start small. But keep in mind that it’s not too late to start, it’s not expensive or it will take too much time, anyone can walk for 30 minutes or make a gentle jog.
With time you can demand a little more to your body, as long as you go feeling comfortable. The most important thing is definitely to start and keep it as a habit for a lifetime.
